dsr-905 rehit question

I subbed to new services from nps that took effect at midnight tonight. I have already paid by credit card and was wondering how to rehit my system for my new programming to take place.

I read the online hit form on the nps website except one problem-
I do not have a videocipher decoder module.
The website wants a "videocipher id number"

I do not own a videocipher module and when i activated my digital services, I gave nps my 4dtv unit id options 6-4 system status screen "Unit id 000-0xxxx-0xxxx-xxx"

The website does not recognize the 4dtv unit id number.

I will call them tomorrow sometime and see how to do online rehits, if any of you have a solution, i can save them some phonetime and do it myself.

Interesting since I have the Super***** Con***, which I am changing this March. They say "tune to a subscribed channel" and mention something like TBS which I think is also VCII..wonder what's up with that! Never even had any VCII Subs until recently.

Used to be a day when a provider had 24x7 support!
