There's a sticker on the back of my 410 that has a "UA" number.
Is this like the 905/920/922 as in the ID on the screen needs to match this sticker?

Yup

What Package you thinking about getting?

None now... The number on the back is different. :(
I was going to use the 410 after 12/31 so my 920 could possibly still see the ZK stuff. I guess I need another 410 now.:river

I just looked at a 410 and their is also a sticker on the board perhaps take the case off to look.

Maybe it had a case change

I just checked it, and the number on the board matches the one on the back, but the on-screen ID number is completely different. :(
Got an extra 410 you want to part with?

I never really understood the relevance of this issue and have read about it from time to time. If the ID number on the board is valid, also as read in the setup screen, couldn't the program provider tell if the # was good?

If at some point in the past, someone like ATS repaired it or replaced the board, would the original # be transferred? I'm betting no because that # is etched into the circuit board.

It might be worth a phone call to SRL to check.
