DSNG good choices?

Hey all. I've been finding a lot of CBS all over G16 and while I think I have found the other common sats that see a lot of DSNG I'm not finding much even at the same time G16 has a bunch of feeds. (IE i can get the various permanent signals but nothing else) Anyone know which ones are most heavily used right now? AMC5? amc1?

Specifics on feeds can't be discussed, but in general, 74w, 79w, 91w, 93w, 103w are interesting.
