Only if you have a Flex Package...

No one knows why the locals in other packages have been split out as a separate item. The hope is that Dish will allow this at some point in the future.

So they can advertise the packages as $10 less

They do this every few years to hide the price increases by adding locals as a separate line item.

Then they will come back the year after and include locals and claim they are providing a better value.

At $10 you'd better off getting an antenna and an ota adaptor.
