DPP 44 problem on port 1

hi,
i have a DPP 44 switch with( 119,110,129 and 61.5)hooked up and running 4 recievers........everything has been running great up until last night. it seems that all of a sudden port 1 on the switch doesn't see all the satellites anymore. when i run a check switch on the reciver that is hooked up to port 1 it only sees the 119 satellite .....could this be a bad switch ??? or is there a way to fix this problem

Are you using a power inserter? The power inserter could have failed. Just to test, remove the PI and run port 1 directly to the receiver and see if you get signal.

It's not recommended to power the DPP44 switch from the receiver, so if the PI has failed you'll need to replace it or call Dish Network and ask for replacement.
