DPP 44 Not Working

Is there a diplexer in the cable that goes to port 1? I think you need to disconnect the cable on port 1 and the put it back in.

No diplexers, thats ok I'll leave the inserter inline

Got my new inserter last week and will install it today (I was out of town all week). The one question I have left is: can I install the inserter in line with my 510 and connect it to port 1 on the 44 switch? Or does the inserter have to be connected in line with a DPP receiver? Or does a DPP receiver have to be on port 1 of the 44 switch? Thanks for the help.

You can use a DP or DPP receiver on Port 1, it doesn't matter.
