dp34 loss of 110

I need help...satellite 119 has a good signal, satellite 110 doesn't show up. I've run a check switch and it says its not connected.
 
Its a dp301...I've tried rebooting it and running the check switch, but it doesn't show 110.
 
What kind of equipment do you have? LNB's and/or switches. It should show in the 6, 1, 1 screen where you run the check switch.

You could also try disconnecting the satellite feed in the back of the receiver and run check switch. This will clear the switch matrix. Then connect the satellite feed and run check switch.

I had the same problem about 3 weeks back. I lost sat 110 but had 119 and 121. I tired everything from rebooting my 811, 508, and 6000 receiver and being with Dish tech support for more than an hour. In the end since my Super Dish install was still under the 90 days warranty, Dish sent the installers back out. The installer had replace some wire connection on the super dish. Once the installer did that 10 minute repair everything was working again!!
 
I also just lost 110 yesterday or the day before. So it's going to cost $100 to
have someone come out and replace some wire connection? Very annoying.
