Do the DP twin lnbs have a problem with losing the 119 sat?
This is the second time in about three years that I have lost the 119 signal and have had to get a new lnb. I have a Dish 500 sat with a 301 receiver. Also, is there any way to repair these lnb's or do I have to buy a new one?

If you have DHPP $5.99 service contract, you won't have to "buy" hardware. The DPP twin has a very good performance record. 'Course, like any piece of hardware, problems can occur. Try moving the cable to the other un-used port on the DPP twin before you make a final decision....Not the wing port.

My first question would be, "Is your system properly grounded?" A properly grounded system will protect your equipment from not only surges but it will also eliminate static electricity which can, over time, damage the LNBF.

No it is not grounded. Also what are the drift limits for the lnb? Mine reads e-8 on 119 and 110 sats.

211 to 722 install

Sammy was fooled this morning!
