DP Pro LNB

I received a box in the mail yesterday from a company in Massachusetts with a DP Dual LNB. I'm assuming that mfemfemfem bought it since it had the same tracking number as he posted here and he lives in Utah. I paid for two so I'm assuming the other one will be arriving today?

Once I get the other LNB today and $10 put back in my paypal account for shipping, I will send the 2 Twin LNBs back to mefemfemfem via USPS Priority Mail with delivery comfimation and insurance.

Over a week later and no contact/other boxes in the mail from the seller. I'm assuming that the second DP Dual is not coming and he does not want the other 2 Twins back...

Still no contact from the seller. His last login here was 2 weeks ago - 9/11/07.

To summarize - the seller sent me 2 used Dish Twin LNBs when I paid for 2 new DP Duals. I agreed to send back the Twins once I got the Duals plus $10 shipping. It appears the seller bought a DP Dual and had it sent to me a couple of weeks ago. But I'm still missing one. And this has been a big pain in the ass.

I gave the one I got from the seller to my mother-in-law who had one stolen off her Dish 1000. I have gone ahead and bought another DP dual off of ebay since I needed the second one to replace one I borrowed from a neighbor to do my 30" Expressvu dish project a few weeks ago.

So I guess I'll ask this here...since I didn't get what I paid for and have not heard from the seller, should I just sell the twins to make up what I had to pay for the DP Dual I did not get? How long do I wait to hear back from the seller? I've had offers for them already and I really would like this over with.
I did find out the seller's Ebay id and it looks like he has had this problem before....
