DP-legacy adapter for 6000U

I recently switched my setup to DP - is this the adapter I need for my 6000U HD unit?

I have a Dish 6000 and a 508 with a SW34 switch out back. I believe that product is the very power inserter they had to install to get it all to work together.

Yes it is and it works great

your DP34(if that is what you have ) will show up on the 6000 as a SW64

Yep, exactly that's what I have, DP34 (DVR 510 says DP34-500).
