DP 301, channel switching problem

Folks, I have a DP301 receiver. And lately I noticed that my channel switching is turning to the nightmare…
From the guide is extreme delay, moving from channel to channel, and forget about it when, you press the numbers to get directly to the channel.
Is it my receiver getting bad? Or I can do something to fix this problem …

PS I have latest software on receiver

1 - try a hard reset (hold the power button for at least 8 seconds, OR pull the plug wait 10 seconds, plug it back in).

2- do a switch check - Menu, 6, 1, 1 select check switch, then test (or check)

3 - if that doesnt work, your receiver may be bad, call dish
