I have attempted, to no avail, to connect a second tv to my Dish Network #DVR510. Have had no luck finding a connection diagram on the net. How I would like it to work is: (1.) Utilize my rooftop antenna for normal viewing on channels 2,4,6,7,9,20,&31. (2.) Use channel 3 for viewing from Satellite. Is there somewhere that I can find the appropriate connection diagram? Or, would someone be kind enough to draw me an easy to understand diagram. In the event some kind soul offers assistance, please Email me . Thanks in advance.

Sorry you can't do it. With channels 2 & 4 active you would end up with inteference on the weaker channels. You could use a UHF modulator to create a channel that isn't active in your area then combine it with your OTA.

U can also use a channel 3 signal combiner, but they are problematic at best. Interference is going to happen. I have used channel 4 signal combiners here with good results and we have a local 3 and 5. It is possible. Signal combiners are cheap.. And they work fairly well for what they do.

I'm somewhat.........LOST
