Downloading 522 Recordings to PC

Can anyone tell me what software and connection electronics I will need in order to download my 522 recordings to my PC. I later want to burn them to DVD to view at a later date.

Buy a TV tuner card for your desktop computer or for a laptop buy an external one that uses the usb ports. Some come with the software but you can also buy better software than what it comes with.
