Does SlingTV stream all channels in HD?

Does SlingTV stream all channels in HD, even international package channels? Also how is the reliability of SlingTV-- I heard that some people complain of dropouts and buffering issue.

I am not sure on the internationals, but the basic and sports pack do.

As to reliability, in my experience it is generally good, except when it is a very high demand show or event. Last years walking dead finale (I think) comes to mind, by the time it started streaming normally, a third of the show was over. For the most part it is fine.

I use it to watch live sports on ESPN. Scripted programing I watch as DVR recordings or on Hulu(I pay extra on Hulu to avoid commercials),because the commercial breaks annoy me.
