Does Openbox & Pansat 9500 use same editor

Are the channel editors the same??Openbox S10 **Pansat 9500HDX

pansat 9500 was tweaked for pansat,the base editor is the same.
The script.ini file is bigger for the pansat.
Template.h file makes the .ini if you ever noticed the load template option.
I have seen 3 .h templates in my travels.
