Does it Matter?

I need to purchase a HDMI Cable, but I was wondering if it mattered which brand I buy? I seen some in Best Buy for ex. “Monster Cable 4' HDMI Cable for HDTV U2V800 HDM” for $120….is it worth it or could I go with another brand for less and still have a great signal? PLEASE ADVICE!!!

My friends and I have had good luck over the last year ordering HDMI and DVI cables from monoprice.com. They have the best prices I've seen to date and the cable quality is good. We paid under $10 for each cable and they were delivered quickly with the standard shipping.

Basically, the information sent on a DVI cable is just 0's and 1's. The regular computer grade cables are just as good as $120 Monster cables.

If you still wonder Buy one of boh and take back the one thatdoes not offer the best PQ.... OTH I'd just spend as much as makes you comfortable.
