Does Cox cable/internet constantly over bill and underserve you also?

My download speed is 2 Mbps!!!!
I am paying for the Premier speed, which is supposed to be 25Mbps.
I keep e-mailing them and they just spam me with replies that do not have anything to do with the problem. They say I have Microsoft OS. I have Apple and the Snow Leopard OS.
They all seem to be retarded and not care a hoot!
They are stealing from me! I have no other choice but them in my Apt. complex.

I've had good experiences with Cox for the years I've used them.

If you're having speed issues don't bother emailing them. Call them directly and have a service guy come out.
 
Been perfect for more than 5 yrs. Billing is always correct and get the speeds advertised both here and at vacation home in Las Vegas.

I would quit emailing them and call and get a service tech out
