Does anyone offer an IPTV service to the public for HBO?

Does anyone offer an IPTV service to the public for HBO? I had a 4D Subscription but that option is gone for now.

HBO does offer a on-demand service, delivered by IPTV, through several regular cable/optical providers. And the offer HBO GO (HBO GO®- It's HBO. On Your Computer.). Don't know if it is offered seperately by them or anyone else.

I haven't tried it but HBO GO is now on the Boxee box.
