DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO USE THE BLIND SCAN SOFTWARE

I JUST NEED TO KNOW HOW TO INSTALL IT ON A PC


im very familiar with the dvbdream mytheater and so on

but i need to create and ini for the dvb or mytheater to make it work

what i've tried is to install netframworks 4 ,vcredist 8, and it give me a bunch of missing dll files on start up
