Doctor Who Series 7

So who recognized the actress portraying Oswin as the Doctors next companion. The little smile at the end where she says remember me, makes me wonder how they are going to tie the 2 characters together.

Because of the much needed rain storms that were passing through, I didn't get this recorded. And it won't show up again until next weekend. Bummer! :(

I thought that was her, I was going to say something to my fiance but the way it ended I was thinking ohhh maybe I was wrong (and glad I didn't say anything) and nah he didn't get teary eyed :). Side note I have a Dalek clock shaped just like one , that lights up once when the lighting changes in the room, every once in a while for no reason it lights up. Think it's pretty funny (and spooky too :D)

IMO, Matt Smith and the writers are making the Dr. too goofy. I just can't imagine David Tennant doing the same scripts

I agree. David Tennant was the better Dr. Who to me. He was more cool looking and he acted less nerdy or just plain weird. To me Matt Smith has a plastic looking face . Like Odo the alien with no features on his face on Deep Space 9.

I am constantly amazed at their ability to fit 90 minutes of show within a 45 minute container. Have to go back and watch multiple times to catch all the good bits.

It's gonna take me quite a long time to forgive Moffat for what he did to Amy and Rory. Mind=blown.

On a positive note, Karen Gillan is to be filming a new movie in my area in October, will be keeping an eye out.

At least their leaving wasn't as drawn out as Rose's was. I thought it was a good ending, their together and live their lives that way. And New York isn't a bad place to be.

Talk about a convoluted life for Rory and Amy. They had a daughter that was born in the far future and stolen and she aged to her 40's or older by the time her 20 something parents meet her again. Then they both go back in time to the 1930s to live out their lives and die before they were even born . But I did like the story. I think the Doc and River should stay together and become traveling companions. After all they are supposedly married ,but that happens in the future . God my head hurts trying to make sense of all this. Makes you wonder if the writers of this show get high as a kite before they write each episode.

Having River around as a traveling companion would be interesting. Been a long time since they had The Doctor traveling with an equal (Romana). Unfortunately within the year that had turned her into a screaming damsel in distress (one of the reasons Mary Tamm left the show, along with her pregnancy).

I did enjoy the dynamics though. But this would all depend on whether Alex Kingston would want to do a steady role or not. Maybe she could do it with the next regeneration, or even the final one after that. Be interesting if she's there with him at the end (since he was at hers).
