First I'd like to say that I have had Dish Network the past 4 years or so, and I DID have Comcast Sports Net Chicago then.
I have recently bought an ALL HD package though, and the man who installed it told me it's the best way to go because you will receive new HD channels and I wont have to pay extra for it. The problem: I know there is a CSN CHICAGO HD channel on dish (379) but I do not have it on my list, and when I go to the channel, then it tells me I need to subscribe.
Is the reason for this because I need to get the Top 100 Channels to recieve the standard CSN first, and THEN the CSN HD will work??
