i live in an area that says i can get the service, but direct tv said i have to get a seperate a/c for my motorhome. any suggestions. I currently took 1 recv and installed it there.

I know there is a company "Weinberg", who deal specifically with RV installations of dishes. I know they deal with DISH Network; I don't know about DIRECTV. I don't have a number, but you might want to look them up

You will need to confirm this with Directv but I believe they set up a second account for the motorhome. When you are on the road they activate that account and deactivate the home account so you are only paying for one active account. If you are on the road you "won't need a separate account at home". I have run accross this only once and it wasn't my customer but I believe this was the way it was explained.
