Does anyone have any up to date Distribution examples that show the Dish 1000 antenna? Everything I have shows the older equipment. The reason I ask is my office in GA has installed a system with the D1000 and they are having problems with some of the receivers.

System is a D1000, 2 34's, 1 622, 2 211's and 2 322's.

TIA

Scott

I haven't seen any distribution examples with a D1000 but I think it's because any previous DP or DPP distribution examples applies to the D1000.

The easiest way to fix that setup is to add a DPP44 switch and then cascade a DP34 off the DPP44. Adding a DPP44 switch will allow you to run single cable runs to the dual receivers. So you can have the 622, 2 322s and a 211 off the DPP44 switch and then the second 211 will feed from the DP34.

Another reason I would do this is that the DPP44 switch has a power inserter making it a more stable setup as far as power is concerned. And the last reason is that the DPP Twin (from the manuals) is not compatible with the DP34 switch, the DPP44 switch is.
