Sorry to start yet another thread about this topic, but I'm wondering if there has been a slowdown in the staggered shutdown of distants. Makes me wonder if this was purely a postering move by Charlie or if the ones shut down were folks who will have a full compliment of network programming without distants. The last date that somebody was shut down was on 11/14. This was two days prior to the bill coming out by Leahy.
