Distant locals on Dish

Any idea when LA moved to 119? Could swear that it was on 110 about two years ago.

It might have been back in December, when Dish had a major failure with their satellite at 110 that forced them to move a lot of locals around. That is when Sacramento went CONUS.

The DNS channels are not the LA transponders. DNS has always been separate transponders.

Searching the James Long site today I see that Casper, Wyoming is apparently showing as being CONUS on 77? Any ideas why that would be, and should we assume it is permanent? That'd be a nice Mountain Time Zone set of locals.
