Display modes

When I click on a thread it shows the newest posts first. When I click display modes and choose "hybrid mode" it starts with the original post and shows posts in order top to bottom, which is the way I like it.

But it reverts back to default "linear mode". and I have to switch it for each page.
Can you make it so it remembers?
