I'm trying to hook up my dishpro 100 dish with a dishpro quad lnb (not dishpro +) and a dishpro dual lnb ( for sat at 129). The 1000 came with a dishpro + lnb but that will require a DP44 switch - which I don't have. I DO have a dp 34, and certainly dont mind running the extra cable to my 942 receiver (no seperator). My other receivers are 301 and a 508. My question is what ( and how many) outputs from the DP quad lnb go to the dp 34 - and which ( and how many) outputs from the dp dual lnb go to the dp 34? Also - I gather that 2 (of the 4) outputs from the dp 34 wil go to the 942, and 1 each to the 301 and 508 - correct? Since I'm currently getting all my locals ( don't have HDTV yet) on 110 & 119 - will I get any additional channels on the 301 & 508 from the 129 sat?
Many thanks.

2 from the quad...use the 1st 2 (the two on the left) and one from the dual (either or works)

Unless you have a local or two on 129, all you will get is the "You have a Dish1000" screen (9901)

Pepper, thanks for your reply. Wouldn't I need to use the DP44 sw to incorporaate the other 2 receives that I mentioned - besides the 942?
I do understand I can go directly from the Dishpro Plus LNB with seperator to the 942 - wbut what about my other 2 receivers?

I deleted my reply when I went back and realized you had three receivers. What I was suggesting (DPPTwin + DP LNBF) would have worked for two. Iceberg's reply is the correct answer.

cheap place to get quad lnbf?
