FYI,
I just reported this issue I found via dish chat. It appears that when one has the current 3 free months of HD Platinum and Starz promotion, any DISHOnline content from those "free" channels is unavailable (via the website). It seems that those channels under promotion appear to the website as if they are not subscribed to and instructs one to upgrade to these channels to view the content.
When I suggested to the CSR that posting this on satelliteguys.com web site might cut down on customer calls/chats, they only asked that I not imply that it was a confirmed bug or not.
They did tell me that would report it and hopefully it will be fixed soon.
