Wow -- all my locals in HD are now on 61.5!! Does anyone have a guess as to when they will turn these on?

Whats the reason were not authorized? Why can't we have the same local channel Line up as Cable and Fios?

The "S" in SHVERA refers to Satellite only. Different rules for satellite than those terrestrial services. Satellite is allowed to do Significantly Viewed, except for DiSH Network. They lost that privilege by apparently playing loose with the Distant Networks.
