NFL Network Marketing Campaign

NFL Network Campaign Extended through November 30, 2006 - We’re right in the heart of football season, and DISH Network’s NFL Network campaign has been so successful they are continuing it through November 30, 2006 (it had originally been planned to end October 14, 2006). Don’t forget that NFL Network will broadcast eight exclusive games, the first one airing on Thanksgiving Day!
New HD Marketing Campaign

"Live It. DishHD". - October 15th through January 31, 2007 - DISH Network will begin a new marketing campaign for Q4 2006 centered on HDTV. While still maintaining their very successful core message that they have the lowest-priced all-digital programming in America, the new HD campaign will help to rev up interest in HDTV during the upcoming fall selling season and into the holidays! Here are some HD facts to help you with your marketing:
HDTVs are selling at a record pace. Research firm Kagen Media reported that sales of digital TVs were up 101% year-over-year in May 2006, and estimates that HDTVs will be a hot item for the approaching gift-giving season.
Research shows that about 40% of people who own HDTVs do not subscribe to HD programming because they may not know that it is part of the HD experience. Take advantage of this by explaining the benefits and quality of HD programming, while promoting DISH Network's HD lineup!
DISH Network has the largest selection of HD programming in the market today – DishHD packages can satisfy many passions:

Updates To SIRIUS Programming

SIRIUS Channel, “The Bridge”, changed programming content and name to “The Who” – Effective September 25, 2006 – This channel features five decades of music by The Who, including rare tracks and live cuts, and SIRIUS-exclusive interviews with band members.
SIRIUS Channel, “Classic Voices”, changed content and name to “The Metropolitan Opera Channel” – Effective September 25, 2006 – All opera, all the time – all from the Lincoln Center. Experience the best of the Metropolitan Opera, with live broadcasts of the Met’s performances each week throughout the 2006-2007 Season. Plus, discover hundreds of re-mastered archival performances from the venue’s epic 75-year radio broadcast history.
New International Programming

Well that would be 175 markets total and Dish would be in compliance with the network's settlement. :)

BTW Harrisonburg and Palm Springs are already uplinked and waiting in the wings. Harrisonburg should be made available to subscribers 10/28

Butte-Bozeman--what a pleasant surprise! I thought my area would be just about last for coverage. Must have something to do with the sheer % of homes that have Dish out here.

Existing subs that meet the above requirements can receive $200 back over 10 months? The HD says "new" subs in the beginning, but then says "both new and existing customers" later. :confused:

Does anyone know which is right?
