Dishn it up

I plan on using Dish n it up to get a 2nd VIP series receiver.

I currently have a 622. I thought I read that they are no longer available (but still listed as a dish n it up choice) on the Dish website.

I don't necessarily need the larger HDD of the 722 but do not want to chance waiting for the external feature of the 222 to be released.

What would you consider the best feature of the 722 that the 622 does not have?

really only difference is the harddrive size. oh, and its black. not really a feature, but a lot of people really care about having all thier componants match.

the only thing the 722 has over the 622 is hard drive space.

622 are still available in DIU....

722 has HD pay per view videos at 6.99 on DISH's portion of your hard drive and the 622 has mostly sd pay per view videos at 4.99.

As in my case last November, I ordered and payed for a 622, got a 722. Local distributor no longer carried the 622.

Thanks, I'll order a 622 and hopefully they will send a 722 instead....
