I noticed on the Dish'n it up promo that you could upgrade to a 625 for 98.99. 49.99 of that is an installation charge. My qestion is could i have them just ship me the receiver,install it myself and not be charged the install fee? I'm wanting to upgrade from a 322 to a 625.
