can someone tell me if I move this weekend how long will it take them to get to my new house?

It depends on how far the installer is from you and how their schedule is and who you go through. Going through a local retailer may be a better bet on getting a better installation and getting the system put in quicker than going directly through Dish Network. Sometimes installs have to get rescheduled or they do not show up.
