DishDuo 625 UHF won't work. Can't change it.

The reason I like the 625 is the dvr. As understand the hopper, the recorded programs are all off site. So if I lose signal, I can' watch the recorded stuff. I like the Dr right here.

That is 100% wrong. All the recordings are on the receiver's hard drive. You can watch them without signal, just fine and you can watch them from every TV in the house that's connected to the system. Not sure where you heard that, but it's false.

BTW, it's 2017. There is this really cool thing now called High Definition???

The Hopper recordings are stored on the DVR hard drive just like the 722. Difference is the Hopper HD is bigger.
