Tried to log on this morning. Both IE and FF21 tell me that both my HWS's are offline.

Same with my android phone.

I just checked and I'm able to get on just fine.

Oddly for the last few days it shows only the HWS on the main screen. Going to Account shows it knows about the non-sling Hopper, but I can't switch to it to schedule or see what's on it. That used to work.

From the Android DishAnywhere app I can see both.

We've been on vacation for almost 2 weeks. DA has worked just fine. Used it last evening. We head home tomorrow with an overnight stay to visit my mom and sis. Will be home on Sunday. Maybe tonights reboot may fix the problem. Time will tell. I know my home computer is up and running. I used Logmein to go to it and send/check email.

Just checked again from a Windows 8 box, both are selectable from IE.

But on the Mac, with both Safari and Chrome, only the HWS is selectable.

I can watch Live on my iPhone 5 but trying to watch DVR gets the receiver offline msg.

Well, that didn't work either.

Perhaps there is an issue with the network in your home? Rebooting the router and/or modem/gateway may fix it.

Little hard to do if your over 400 miles from home. That's why the suggestions in the Help about rebboting your receiver is absolute rubbish. I only use DA when I'm traveling.

That would be a strange network issue - allow live viewing but not DVR'd material because the receiver is offline. If it's offline, how is it letting me view live TV?

Yes. Settings - my Receiver - Reset

If you have two, you can pick one at a time. It even warns you of about a five minute gap.

On the website, you need to go to My Account on the top right hand side and select My Account in the drop down. You can only reset the receiver if the internet connection is showing green.
