Quick question guys I have a hopper duo and a wireless Joey I am not getting no picture on the Wireless Joey any suggestions? I’ve tried resetting both our download the newest software on the hopper?

Have a look at the wireless access point which is probably somewhere near your Duo. See if it's plugged in an looks OK.

You can also plug in the wireless Joey via an Ethernet cable. Doing that would eliminate problems internal to the Joey (other than it's wireless part).
