I am angry with Dish Support. They told me I could have a second hopper on my account as long as it was purchased. Great. I did that. Now when I go to activate it well they tell me sorry no can do!! All my arguing left me nowhere and as I had the installer already finished and waiting for activation my only choice at the time was to open another pay as you go account to get it up and running. Here is what I have at home: One hopper w sling, one super joey, two joeys. In the RV I have one hopper3 w sling and two wireless joeys with one wireless access point. Well they accidentally activated the hopper 3 in the RV on my home account so I know thats not a problem, but the wireless joey's would not link. They realized the hopper3 was on the home account and when switched it to the other account joey's linked fine. I have to call them back as I cannot keep two accounts and need to get this fixed and back on one account. Does anyone have any good sources I can contact to get this done? I don't understand why I can't have two hoppers on the same account. Got to be something I can do!! Thanks for any help everyone.
