Well, it appears to be back online - I was able to log in.
But I didn't see anything new - in fact, I am still unable to access my programming. I get that stupid green message with the 800 number.
I am convinced its because of either Eastern Arc / and or Turbo HD.
You would think for a big bucks company you would be able to self service yourself from their website, do all your upgrades or downgrades and free up their staffing...
Nah, massive computer problems enterprise-wide yesterday. Had trouble modifying work orders, activating, etc. I don't understand how such a large-scale computer operation could have global problems like this, but it did.
