OK, this is a weird one. Using Wireshark to diagnose a separate network issue, I found 192.168.0.197 (my VIP-922) sending SNMP requests to my upstairs computer (192.168.0.192). Of course, these fail because I'm not running an SNMP message listener on port 161 on my machine.
As you can see in the image below, the '1.3.6.1.2.1.25' messages / requests are for OIDs that correspond to host status messages -- Detected Error State (3.5.1.2.1), DeviceStatus (3.2.1.5.1) and Printer Status (3.5.1.1.1).
I looked through my VIP-922's details, and didn't see anything about SNMP services. Any ideas?
