Dish V DirectTV satellite positions in sky

I have a problem in the summer w/my DishTV as my neighbor's trees block my signal. I've been told that DirectTV's sats may be higher in the sky ??? Does anyone out there know ?? I've been looking at both Dish and Direct's websites but haven't found anything that would give me the info.

Yes, E* Dish 500 in my area is 28 degree angle where as D* dish is angled about 35.6 for my Slimline. Even my old D* 3 LNB was 32 Degrees
