Dish/Sling TV Everywhere Adaptor

Does anyone know any details on the TV Everywhere Adaptor that is "coming soon" and will allow connection to 722 DVR via usb cable? Will it do what a Slingbox Solo will do at a lower cost?

Here is all the info on it. Sling Media - Slingbox 700U I have only heard coming soon for the date. The price will probably be announced closer to the actual release date.
