DISH site updated w/HD info

As of this morning, you can enter the Dish site and select programming and HDTV. The metallic packages are there, as are the MPEG-4 receivers. It looks pretty much like the previous, briefly available web page. At least some VIP622 info is finally posted.

I'm trying to figure out pricing if I upgrade and, as far as I can tell it breaks down like this:

Currently:
AT180+Locals = 54.99
Regular HD Pak = 9.98
DVR Fee = 4.98
Extra Receiver Fee (625+811) = 5.00
TOTAL = 74.95/month + Taxes

NEW Package:
HD Gold (I think this is AT180)+Locals = 74.99
DVR Fee = 4.98
Extra Receiver Fee (625+ViP211) = 5.00
TOTAL = 84.97/month + Taxes

Is this a correct assumption, or did I miss any sort of new fee?

The DVR fee is now 5.98.

The Extra Receiver fee (for HD Vip receivers) is now 6.00.

Okay, so the new total is 86.97/month. So I'd see about a $10.00 increase basically for adding VOOM (which used to be $5.00) and 2 new HD channels, plus the $49.00 swap fee. I guess I'll wait for now, as I'd have to try and convince the wife of why this is a good idea (which is tough since she's not a big HD watcher anyway).

Are you sure on that? I thoguht the $6 was the lease fee, If you own the receiver I thought it was still $4.99.

This is how it was explained to me on the phone today, but with Dish CSR's who the heck knows.

I think you have it backwards. The lease fee is still $5, the own fee is now $6

Everything I was told when I activated my 211 is $6 for the lease when it became available (includes additional outlet fee) or $4.99 additional outlet fee if you own. The website is not updated on all the fees yet, so we'll see when my next bill generates.

There is also the $6 fee if you have an newer mpeg4 receiver and don't sub to an HD programming package.

I can only find information on the DHA fees with the new receivers on the website.

Ok from what I could gather from the dish website and the forums

-Lease fee on HD receivers will be $6.00 per month.
-Lease fee on SD receivers will be $5.00 per month(also additional outlet on owned receivers)
-DVR fee will be $5.98 per month per DVR
-Additional Outlet fee on Owned HD receivers will be $6.00 per month
-HD enabling fee will be $6.00 per month (applies ONLY to the ViP211 and ViP622 not receiving HD programming) doesn't matter if leased or owned.

The $6 additoinal outlet fee for Owned HD starts this month, but I activated mine last month so I won't see the $6 fee till next billing cycle (according to a csr, btw the hold time was only 3 mintues when I called)

that stinks. I swear on the retailer chat they said only the outlet fee was changing but the lease fees were staying the same
