EchoStar Communications Corp. is offering risk-free 30-day trials of its Dish Network direct-broadcast satellite service.
The company said customers who sign up for any of its qualifying package options can try Dish risk-free for 30 days and, if they're not completely satisfied with their service, they can cancel their subscription and receive a refund.
The offer applies to customers who sign up for its “Digital Home Advantage” 18-month agreement. Should they decide to cancel during the first 30 days, they will be refunded the activation fee, monthly programming fees, monthly digital-video-recorder fees and any equipment-lease fees, but the offer does not apply to equipment-upgrade fees, special installation fees, pay-per-view or video-on-demand.
