Dish Sat Footprints

I've searched the site, web and just about every other place I could come up with and still can't find what I want. I'm a fulltime RV'er and am heading down to Mexico this month. In what areas, if any, can I access 110 and/or 119...? Any help, especially links to footprint sites would be welcome.
