Dish replaced my 622 with a 721

My 622 was installed on 2/21 only to have the UHF remote not work. After an hour on the phone of trouble shooting, they said they would send me a new one. UPS came today. I opened it up, and there was a 721 in the box. Called Dish back and they will try to get a replacement 622 next week.

I guess that means they figured the problem was with the 622 and not the remote, hence they sent you a new receiver (wrong one) instead of a new remote?

You do have the remote antenna connected and to the correct input on the back, right? It would be easy (especially if in a cramped space) to have accidentally connected it to the 8VSB input.
