Dish Remote Access says my DVRs are offline when they're not?

Anyone else having trouble seeing their DVR through dish remote access?

I've got a 922 and a 622, both of which are online and I've accessed previously using Dish Remote Access. Today, it says they're both offline - when they're not. They've got IP addresses and I've reset them both.

Nothing at home has changed - same firewall and router setup.

What next?

Keep trying. It'll tell you it can't connect and 5 minutes later it works. Leave the site and then come back - seems to work better that way. At best it seems to be hit and miss.

What I love is that they tell you to check your equipment. If you're right there then you don't need remote access to begin with.

Recently Dish Remote Access stopped showin the pop up content for channels in the 9000 range for me. Using the Movie filter, it still shows networks I've told it I 'don't like' in the preferences. IMO DRA is a sad joke -- it could be great but is so unreliable that it is nearly worthless :(
