Dish Remote Access (dish.sling.com) - Issue: 8 hr schedule diff for actual time

Is anyone else seeing this:

When I log into remote access all my timer are wrong by 8:00 Hrs...

Under the MY DVR Tab and SCHEDULE menue options selected
I have "So You think You can Dance" scheduel to record tonight.
at 8:00 PM PDT but in the schedule it shows it starting at 3:00 AM Friday morning.

All of my scheduled shows are off by eight hours.

If there is a pref for timezone I dont know where it is.

I would think that the site would just show what is on my DVR and I shouldnt/wouldnt have to change or set anything.

Is this incorrect thinking?
