Not sure where the problem is.
I have the Hopper which has wired network connection. I get 20MBts download and 5MBts upload speed. I have 4G Samsung Nexus Prime. When I first installed Dish Remote Access it would display the video on average at 1000Kbts and the video was much smoother. Recently I noticed that the Dish Access Remote displays video on average at 1800KBts in High or Standard mode, but for some reason the video is very choppy. Now it is impossible to watch anything, especially recorded shows. Also Resume button does not work. If I stop watching the TV show in the middle of it, pressing the Resume button will start the TV Show from start.
Is it a problem on the phone or hopper? Has anyone experienced similar issues?
Anyone has any suggestions. Re-installing dish remote access did not help.
