I have 2 dishes installed, one positioned to receive the 110, 119 & the other positioned to receive the 61.5 sat. out of curiosity, I wanna know how to figure out the LNB types, what kind of switches are in the system & all these connection details, the problem is I don't have easy phsyical access to the dishes because they r installed on the roof... is there a way to figure out this from the menu or somethin??

In the system informtation screen you should see what equipment you have, listed in the "Device" line, but that won't tell you how it's connected. Tell us what receivers you have and we can take a good guess.

Try menu 6-1-1 and run a switch test it should give you most of the information there. If it runs 38 tests it is Legacy LNBs or a problem with your system.
