Dish pricing rates fit receivers?

How much do they charge for each type of receiver, i know the hopper is 10$ snd the joeys are 7$ but how much is it for a single tv non dvr vip (211-211z) and how much is it for a duo tv dvr (622-722k) and how much is it for a non dvr duo tv (222k) receivers?

My 722k is listed at $15 monthly, but luckily I get a loyalty discount down to $7.
